We can also include an invoice image file and other attachments in PDF format with E-invoices. If you are unable to send E-invoices, we ask that you send the purchase invoices directly to the scanning service in paper or e-mail as described below:

Important notes for sending email invoices to the scanning service:
- Invoices will sent as PDF attachments to the email
- One invoice per file containing all pages and other attachments on the invoice
- Each email can be up to 10Mb in size
- PDF files must be genuine PDF documents, version 1.3 or later
- PDF files must not be locked or password protected
- The maximum outside dimensions of a document are 210x297mm, or A4
- The file name must contain no more than standard characters, a-z, A-Z, 0-9
