NDT Inspection & Consulting Oy was established in 2003 to provide non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection services, as well as other services related to quality control, material testing and analysis.

Quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA), health and safety (HSE), and installation supervision have also been part of our service offering from the very beginning.

As the company has developed and expanded through successful recruitment and training, we have also extended our operations to include project planning and management, work supervision and the management of larger project entities.

In NDT inspections, we are capable of managing even large-scale project scopes from planning through to reporting, with several satisfied customer references from similar projects.

In addition, through our own service offering and cooperation network, we can provide expert and training services, as well as various cleaning services for inspection areas.

The company was founded by Pekka Mäntynen, who has decades of experience in the NDT industry, having worked with several companies and on projects around the world.

In 2014, the operational management of the company was transferred to Jarno Penttilä, who continues to develop the company and its operations.

From 1999 to 2010, Jarno served as Managing Director of Suomen NDT-Konsultit Oy, which was acquired by Inspecta Oy in 2011. Following the acquisition, Jarno worked as a Product Manager at Inspecta before joining NDT Inspection & Consulting Oy in 2014.
